We celebrated our tax return by taking Kayhlen to Chucky Cheese. We learned that she is still a little too young unless you want to spend about 15 tokens on the same car ride which we did. Thanks to kiley and james for sitting there as she and kenadie went again and again and again...and again.

Valentine's Day

I realize this post is late, but i just wanted to show off what my thoughtful husband did for me this year. We had a budget of $5 each since we are absolutely BROKE and so he got very creative and made me a candy sign. the best part is that he apologized that he couldn't do more and it is probably one of my favorite gifts he's ever given me...ATTN MEN,,,,it really is the THOUGHT that counts! Love you, mikey!

Big Girl Bed

This was actually taken around midnight but i have a really good flash...too good apparently as you can see kayhlen cracked her eyes open. our little girl is growing up so fast and is officially in a big girl bed. we don't have the money to buy a frame but she is quite content with her Dora bed as she calls it. originally, i was a little worried about the transition, but now looking back i had nothing to worry about as kayhlen has always blessed us by being a great sleeper. she goes right to sleep at both bed time and nap time and she'll just hang out in her room after she wakes up until we go get her. she sleeps at night from 7:30-8 and then takes a 1-2 hour nap in the day. she has been an AWESOME sleeper for us...now let's hope that her little brother decides to be the same way.

Christmas 2009

Kay was so cute this year...she loved opening and playing with all her presents...santa brought her a kitchen and some other toys and grandma's gave many babies and other girly things...she is a TOTAL girl...we had a great time and felt really blessed to spend time with family.
